HOW TO USE THE A-V CENTER

The A-V Center holds programs for the use of every parish and individual in the Diocese of Mississippi. The only cost to the user is postage.

To borrow a program for the A-V Center, you should consult your catalog and select a program and an alternative.

Call the director at 601-746-5557 or 601-746-9353.

Request the program you want. If that program is not currently available, either request your alternate or discuss your needs with the director and select a program that is available. The director will be able to assist you in choosing material to meet your needs.

Request your program at least one week ahead of time. This will give you the opportunity to preview it before using in class or meeting.

After using the program, return it in the original package, using the label enclosed. Insure the package for the amount given on your invoice. Remember, you can still use library rate.

Should you need the program longer than the check-out period, call the director or send a card requesting this. Most of the time this is readily assured.

Tape of the Month patrons receive selections from the cassette collection, and, if requested, the video collection, on a monthly basis. The director tries to meet requests when possible.

All users are billed for postage at the end of the year.
